Maintained a close relationship with SBS Design since 1997.

Was asked to improve the existing scheme. Simply flipping the original proposed 10 apartment footprint improved the scheme to create one site access.  As as the project had to go back into planning, transformed the traditional elevations to a more modern look which won the client and planning officer's approval.
